Last Saturday evening, the Bailey’s Skip Hire & Recycling team had the privilege of attending the Lakelands Hospice 25th Anniversary Celebration and what a remarkable evening it was.
The event brought together supporters, local businesses, volunteers, and members of the community to mark a truly significant milestone. Twenty-five years of outstanding care, compassion, and unwavering dedication to individuals and families across Northamptonshire. An achievement that deserves every bit of recognition it receives.
A Charity Close to Our Hearts
At Bailey’s, our relationship with Lakelands Hospice goes beyond a simple business donation. As a long-term supporter of the hospice, we’ve seen first-hand the incredible difference their team makes to people at the most difficult times of their lives. From specialist palliative care to the emotional support offered to families, the work carried out at Lakelands touches lives in ways that are profound and lasting.
Being in a room full of people who share that commitment, volunteers who give their time tirelessly, staff who go above and beyond every single day, and supporters who have championed the hospice across its entire 25-year history, was genuinely humbling.
