How We Operate Safely With COVID-19 Regulations

Like almost all companies across all industries, COVID-19 has forced us to adjust rapidly to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers. Here are our main adjustments in Bailey’s Skip Hire and Recycling to ensure compliance with COVID regulations.

  • One staff member per machinery at all times. This includes our lorries, and our recycling plant machinery.
  • Split start and finish times to ensure not all staff arrive on-site at the same time. This also helps stagger break times to ensure distancing measures can be applied.
  • Where possible, staff are working remotely, and focusing closely on upgrading our online booking system. This helps ensure our customers continue to receive a high quality level of service, while keeping our greatest asset, our staff, as safe as possible.
  • All payment occurs at the time of booking. This helps prevent any physical contact between our drivers and our customers, to keep both parties safe.

These adjustments have changed the way we work, but have not changed the quality of our service. We continue to provide our full range of skips, and have, in fact, invested further in our recycling machinery. If you wish to learn more about our COVID adjustments, email us at skiphire.bailey@btconnect.com or call us on 01536 743030.
